EAST END CHEFS AT OLD WHALERS'

Livia Hegner, owner of Pepalajefa gourmet shop in Sag Harbor, along with manager Marianne Farrell, will prepare croque monsieur on homemade bread, Swiss meatloaf with tiny potatoes and a special dessert. The price of the class is $20; wine and water will be available for cash purchase. Space is limited. Reserve in advance by calling Lillian, 631-553-6515; pay at the door (cash or check). Proceeds benefit the Community House Fund at Old Whalers', established to improve and maintain spaces used by many community groups each week.
