I have been an East End resident since 2000 when I left my job in Branding and New Media in NYC.I live in the Springs and am a mom and a wife. I love my life on the East End and most importantly the waters that surround us. 

I founded <strong>Paddle Diva</strong>, a SUP center that teaches how to Stand Up Paddle Board. Recognizing the ease of SUP and fast learning curve, I have adapted Paddle Diva to accommodate paddlers from novice to advanced and have fitness programs, Yoga-SUP, nature tours and race training classes, in addition to beginner lessons and group tours. I have now opened my offering to men and children as well. 

If you need to know about the waters of the East End, you have come to the right person, I have windsurfed, surfed, and Paddle Boarded all the bays and waterways that make up much of our northern shores. I am a lifeguard candidate, and soon will be part of our volunteer Ocean Rescue squad.
