Its headquarters are in the Osborn-Jackson House—one of the museums it oversees—on Main Street in East Hampton Village. It also maintains the nearby Mulford Farm and Barn, the Town House, the Clinton Academy, and the East Hampton Town Marine Museum in Amagansett.

The warehouse building is located next to the East Hampton Town Police Department. Inside is a two-story mock house for training exercises. The East Hampton, Amagansett, Montauk, Springs, Bridgehampton and Sag Harbor Fire Departments all use it.
