Rugosa

Verterans to the hospitality industry, husband and wife team, Bill and Yvette Mammes opened Rugosa a few years back. With Yvette in the front of the house, the space has a real relaxed yet refined atmosphere. It's light and airy and simplistic. Bill, a Ritz-Carlton trained chef runs the back of the house offering modern American cuisine. Try the Duck Cannelloni or the local fish of the day.
