Montauk Library

Flag as Inappropriate

Completed in 1991, the new Montauk Library is on a bit of a hill and overlooks downtown Montauk with pretty views of the water from the sunny children's area and Fort Pond during the winter months. The main floor and mezzanine offers lots of places for visitors to sit, read and work (the library has plenty of computer workstations). The lower level has a meeting room with award-winning acoustics and the Montauk Archival Room, which holds extensive collection of Montauk treasurers. In the back, there is a serenity garden.
