<p>While the East Hampton Historical Society preserves the rich past of the area, it also oversees five museums, national landmark historical sites, collections and workshop facilities. Its headquarters are in the Osborn-Jackson House—one of the museums it oversees—on Main Street in East Hampton Village. It also maintains the nearby Mulford Farm and Barn, the Town House, the Clinton Academy, and the East Hampton Town Marine Museum in Amagansett.</p>
