Town Board:
The East Hampton Town Board will meet for a work session at 10 a.m.

Town Trustees: The East Hampton Town Trustees meet at their offices on Bluff Road at 6 p.m.

ZBA:
The East Hampton Town Zoning Board of Appeals will meet at Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Wednesday

Planning Board: 
The East Hampton Town Planning Board will meet at Town Hall at 6:30 p.m.

Red Horse Market at East End Chefs Series: Chefs from Red Horse Market return to the East End Chefs series, demonstrating how to make a wide variety of pizzas. Pastry chef Bill Bertha will create a number of pastries and demonstrate how to make and put together a beautiful gingerbread house. A drawing will be held to award one winner a gingerbread house made by Bertha. Proceeds benefit the Community House at Old Whalers. Price: Cost is $20. Wine and water will be available for purchase during the evening. Space is limited. 

Thursday

Planning Board: The East Hampton Village Planning Board will meet in the Emergency Services Building at 11 a.m.

The Twelve Days of Christmas Sale: The ARF Thrift & Treasure Shop in Sagaponack presents “The Twelve Days of Christmas Sale." Shop discounts on the entire store each day. Merchandise arrives daily so shop often and help the 
resident animals at the ARF Adoption Center in Wainscott.

Twomey Latham Charitable Giving Committee Fundraiser: Twomey, Latham, Shea, Kelley, Dubin & Quartararo, LLP, will hold a fundraiser at Martha Clara Vineyards in Riverhead to help feed the hungry. Proceeds will go toward the Springs Food Pantry, Human Resources of the Hamptons food pantry in Southampton, Community Action Southold Town food pantry, Long Island Council of Churches food pantry in Rivehead, and Open Arms Care Center food pantry, both in Riverhead. Entertainment by Gene Casey & the Lone Sharks, Who Are Those Guys, and Frank Latorre & The King Bees. The fundraiser takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. Cost: $25 (which buys 25 drawing tickets).

ARB: The East Hampton Town ARB will meet at Town Hall at 7 p.m.

Screening: The Friends of the Montauk Library will screen "2 Guns," starring Denzel Washington and Mark Wahlberg, at 7 p.m. Free with refreshments.

Friday

Zoning Board of Appeals: The East Hampton Village Zoning Board of Appeals will meet in the Emergency Services Building at 11 a.m.

East End Cares for Leyte: A Benefit for the Victims of Typhoon Haiyan: Please join East End Cares in the spirit of the holidays for a benefit to help the victims of Typhoon Haiyan in Leyte, Philippines. There'll be live music (with the possibility of a surprise celebrity performance), Filipino-inspired hors d'oeuvres prepared by some of the area's best chefs, local beer and wine, raffles, lots of dancing and great fun in support of a great cause. 100% of net ticket sales and donations will go directly to providing critical necessities for survival – food, water, medicine, shelter. Price: $25

The Nutcracker: The Hampton Ballet Theatre School will present their fifth annual production of Tchaikovsky’s beloved Nutcracker on Friday at 7 p.m., Saturday at 1 and 7 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. at Guild Hall’s John Drew Theater. Price: Advanced ticket sales are $20 for children (under 12 years of age) and $25 for adults for general orchestra seating. Day of performance tickets sales are $25 for children (under 12 years of age) and $30 for adults for regular orchestra seating. Premium orchestra, box seats, balcony and grouprates are also available. 

'Mixed Nuts' at the Bay Street Theatre: Studio 3 presents "Mixed Nuts" at Bay Street Theatre in Sag Harbor, starring Adelia Rattray as Claire and Sarah Levine as the tormenting sister Blaire. Show dates are Dec. 13 and 14 at 7 p.m. and Dec. 15 at 2 p.m.Tickets are limited. Price: $20

Saturday

Holiday Craft Fair: The Springs Presbyterian Community Church will hold the eighth annual holiday craft fair, starting at 9:30 a.m. Great opportunity to do holiday shopping for unique gifts. There will be knit & crochet items, sea shell art and jewelry, ornaments, and much more. Snacks will be available for sale.

Rowdy Hall and Golden Eagle Celebrate the Season of GivingRowdy Hall kicks off the holiday season with a visit from Santa Claus from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. Santa will be sitting by the fire to take pictures with children of all ages and make sure their gifts are on his list. In addition, children and adults can make a holiday card for a veteran at the Walter Reed Hospital with supplies provided by The Golden Eagle Art Store. Rowdy will also be collecting canned and shelf stable food for the local food pantries. Dreesen’s Donuts and warm apple cider will be served. Cost: A suggested donation of $2 per photo will be collected for the local food pantries.

Decorate a Citarella Gingerbread House: Participants will decorate Citarella’s pre-made Gingerbread Houses at 11 a.m. All decorations, materials and cookies will be provided by Citarella. Register in advance.

Santa at the Square: Santa will be at the Amagansett Square to visit with kids from 12 to 2 p.m. There will also be face panting, ornament decorating, and cookie decorating outdoors.

Seal Hike in Montauk: Experience seals in their natural environment. Join a State Parks naturalist on a beach/forest hike to a local haul-out spot for migrating seals. Hikers meet at the Montauk Point Concession building at noon. Wear clothing appropriate for the weather and comfortable shoes for hiking.  The three-mile hike last two to three hours. Reservations are required. Price: $4-adults, $3-children (3-17), Under 3 is free.

Book Signing: Pritam & Eames in East Hampton will host a book signing of the just-published "Speaking of Furniture: Conversations with 14 American Masters" on Saturday from 3 to 5 p.m. Based on interviews conducted by Bebe and Warren Johnson, owners of Pritam & Eames, where all of the artist-craftsmen have exhibited their work, the book is also a record of the rise to national renown of a gallery started on a shoestring and sustained by an untutored belief in an emerging field.

Sunday

Harbor Bells Christmas Concert in Montauk: The Harbor Bells will perform at the St Therese of Lisieux at 2 p.m.
