State of Emergencies Are Over in East Hampton

East Hampton Village and Town leaders rescinded state of emergency declarations on Saturday afternoon.

East Hampton officials rescinded the state of emergency declarations due to Winter Storm Hercules on Saturday afternoon.

East Hampton Village and town both ended the state of emergency at 4 p.m.

Town Supervisor Larry Cantwell said all East Hampton Town offices and services will resume their regular schedules on Monday.

The town and village declared a state of emergency on Thursday afternoon, ahead of the winter snow storm, which dumped approximately 8 inches on East Hampton.
