Flash Flood Warning Extended Through 3 p.m.

Thunderstorm drops heavy rain on the South Fork.

The National Weather Service has extended a flash flood warning for southeastern Suffolk County, including East Hampton, through 3 p.m. 

Heavy rains on the South Fork has caused flooding on major streets, as well as side roads. 

Two to four inches of rain has already fallen from Westhampton east. Another one to two inches are expected through 3 p.m.
