Schedules Set for East Hampton Football, Soccer and Other Sports

School returns on Sept. 9, but even before then student-athletes at East Hampton High School will take to the fields for fall sports.

Among the highlights for the first part of the school year is Homecoming, which is scheduled for Oct. 12, which includes another face-off between the Bonackers and the Southampton Mariners at 7:15 p.m. East Hampton has to defend the Hampton Cup title and a 42-7 victory over Southampton during last year's Homecoming game.

The second annual Hall of Fame induction ceremony will take place that morning, and the inductees will be honored before the big game.
