Join us for a new class at KamaDeva - the 'After School Special'! This class was inspired by our local area school teachers' need to have class right after work. It is a Level 1-2 class and is open to EVERYONE!
We are honoring the great work our local school teachers do in this special class designed calm the nervous system and quiet the mind through a series of supportive postures focusing on alignment and the breath. Our goal is to relax & rejuvenate the body, to refresh & quiet the mind, to begin our day anew at the end of the work day! We love our teachers!!!
