The Class of 2011 graduated on Saturday, marking the eleventh graduating class for the private school in East Hampton.
In the commencement ceremony held in the Great Hall in the Center for Well-Being, seniors received special awards.
The Steven J. Ross Humanitarian Award, named for founder Courtney Ross' late husband, was awarded to Ryan Anderson. It is given in recognition of a senior who demonstrates the pursuit of excellence, magnanimity of intention and personal integrity, the school said.

The Anders G. Holst Award was awarded to Lexie Kelly in recognition of a senior who demonstrates outstanding courage in creativity.
Noah Engel received the Patti Silver Award for a senior who demonstrates outstanding integrity, honesty, and citizenship in the Ross community and the global community.

The Ross School Board of Overseers Award went to Juliet Garrett in recognition of a senior who demonstrates outstanding leadership qualities.
