Last Chance: Register in Time for School Vote This Month

If you are not registered, there's still time before the May 15 budget votes and elections.

Time is quickly running out if you need to register to vote before the May 15 school budget votes and elections throughout the Town of East Hampton.

For two districts, the last day to register is over the next two days.

The Sag Harbor School District will hold a on Tuesday. Stop in to see the district clerk in her office, which is attached to , between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m.

In Montauk, will also be held in the district clerk's office, at the , on Wednesday from 2 to 6 p.m. If you want to stick around, the annual for the 2012-13, which will be voted on in a few weeks, is at 6 p.m.

's clerk will hold a in the district office on May 8 between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. A on the budget will be held this Tuesday at 7:30 p.m.

In Springs, voters may register in the clerk's office when the school is open between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. They may vote as long as they register at least five days before the budget vote and election. The Board will hold a on May 7 at 6:30 p.m.
