Optimum Wellness Seminar with Dr. Pam Popper

Wellness Foundation of East Hampton will present their annual Fall Seminar on Thursday, September 13, from 7-9 pm at the East Hampton Middle School Auditorium.

Featured speaker Dr. Pam Popper will present a program on “Optimum Wellness,” focusing on empowering people to live their best lives by integrating optimal nutrition, fitness and new approaches to reducing stress.

The evening’s special guest is Chef Del Sroufe, author of the best-selling book Forks Over Knives: The Cookbook (the companion cookbook to the 2011 film). Chef Del will share how he lost over 200 pounds following Dr. Popper’s wellness strategies and will be signing copies of his book and offering tastings after Dr. Popper’s program.
