Matthew Guiffrida, owner-chef of Muse in the Harbor (formerly Muse in Water Mill), who has been featured at the James Beard House in NYC, will prepare sea scallops with artichoke hummus, penne with jumbo shrimp & a "healthier" Alfredo sauce, roasted fennel & tomato orzo and a special dessert.
