Colin Ambrose Next East End Chef at Old Whalers'
Chef Colin Ambrose, owner of Estia's Little Kitchen, will prepare roasted squash salad with local fall greens and a special dressing, a main course of filet of striped bass with Amber Ware Farm wheat berry rice cake and for dessert a cafe con leche flan.
