2-Hour Delay for Local Schools

Clean-up from the blizzard causes delayed start at East Hampton schools on Monday.

While some schools on the East End have cancelled classes for Monday, most schools in the Town of East Hampton will have a delayed start on Monday following the blizzard this weekend.

Schools in Wainscott, Montauk, Amagansett, and Springs school districts, as well as the entire East Hampton School District — East Hampton High School, East Hampton Middle School, and John M. Marshall Elementary School — will start two hours later than usual.

Buses will pick up students at the same delayed rate.
