Summer Camp Carnival @Ross
Get ready to dunk a camp counselor in the dunk tank, launch yourself at a Velcro wall, and catch some air in a bouncy castle at Ross School’s first annual Summer Camp Carnival on Wednesday, August 14, from 5:30 to 8pm. (Rain date: August 15.) Held on the School’s Athletic Field, near the Tennis Center, this action-packed carnival boasts fun activities for everyone.
Kids will love the games and rides, including miniature golf, soccer, tennis with Ross pros, bouncy slide and maze, and the Tumblebus, a mobile gym for children—not to mention Hula-Hoops, face painting, and Ping Pong. Parents can sit back and relax, or rock out to a special performance by the always-popular Dan Bailey Tribe, playing a fusion of African and Latin inspired reggae/surf rock. A drumming circle will follow. Feel free to bring beach chairs and blankets.
Having this much fun will work up an appetite, so guests can refuel with a delicious barbequed meal prepared by the Ross Café and cool off with dessert from an ice cream truck.
