When will someone do something to equalize the tax structure in EH? My 3 br, 2 bath, 1500 sq.ft. house would sell for much less than this one, yet I'm paying more than twice in taxes...$6,100+! What is wrong with this picture? The answer is pretty obvious...do something to insure that ALL home owners pay their fair share of the taxes.

Springs? Pool? HAve you "grieved" the taxes with the town?

I'm in the springs too and for 1.8 acres am paying 10,000. A year, 90 % school taxes. Wouldn't combing school districts be one solution? Elena

I meant to say combining! Elena
