'Under 1 Percent' to Blame for Noisy Choppers

A recent Huffington Post report from Karl Grossman, an investigative reporter whose columns frequently appear across the East End, took a look recently into the helicopter noise issue as locals continue to discuss what can be done to curb the constant sounds.

Writing for "HuffPost Green," Grossman looks into the "The 'Under 1 Percent' and Their Noisy Choppers to and From The Hamptons."

Writes Grossman: "The racket of helicopters heading to and returning from what has become the main aerial gateway of the Hamptons and Long Island's biggest noisemaker -- -- has been intense this summer."
