Second Video Shows Towing Effort Underway Off Montauk

Towing is underway in rough weather conditions.

On Saturday, the Coast Guard Cutter Tahoma is towing the disabled commercial fishing vessel "Endorphin," which lost power and all means of communication 86 miles off the coast of Montauk. The cutter, which comes from Maine, will hand the 58-foot vessel off to Coast Guard Station Montauk's cutter to be towed to its homeport in Montauk later on Saturday.
