Sag Harbor Police Log: Felony Mischief Charge After Door Kicked

Also among the week's arrests in Sag Harbor Village, a wrong-way driver charged with DWI.

Arrest reports from Sag Harbor police during the week of June 4 to June 10:

Criminal Mischief

• Shane L. Dyckman, 38, of Sag Harbor, was arrested June 7 at 1:30 a.m. and charged with criminal mischief in the third degree, a felony. According to an arrest report, on June 6 a witness saw Dyckman walk into the doorway of Corner Closet on Main Street and kick the front door, breaking it and shattering the glass. Police said they later located Dyckman, who was intoxicated, at his residence. He was brought to police headquarters, where he was identified by the witness and was then arrested and processed, the report states. Dyckman was released and is due in Sag Harbor Village Justice Court June 25 for arraignment.

Driving While Intoxicated

• Anthony J. Depinto, 23, of Pasadena, Md., was arrested June 9 at 4:26 a.m. on Division Street and charged with DWI and criminal possession of a weapon in the fourth degree, both misdemeanors. Police said Depinto was driving a black 1989 Volvo the wrong way on Sage Street, which is a one-way street, and then turned onto Division Street southbound, with a taillight out. When stopped by police at Division Street and Latham Street, he was found to be drunk, according to the arrest report. He was held at police headquarters for morning arraignment.
