Police: Wheatley Heights Woman Arrested for Driving Under the Influence

The Town of Southampton Police arrested a Wheatley Heights woman for driving while under the influence of drugs, a misdemeanor, moving from her lane unsafely, an infraction and unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.

On Sunday, July 13, at about 2:12 in the morning, on Flanders Road, in Flanders, Danielle Lichtenstein, 29, was observed weaving from her lane. She was stopped by police and subsequently found to be high on drugs.

Lichtenstein was taken to the Southampton Town Police Headquarters where she was arrested, processed and held for morning arraignment.
