The Southampton Town Police have issued a traffic advisory for motorist traveling on Route 114 on Saturday.
Portions of Route 114 will be closed in North Haven, along Long Beach Road in Noyac, as well as the portion of the road leading to East Hampton between the hours of 11 a.m. and noon.
The road will be closed to allow bikers and runners participating in Soldier Ride Hamptons to safely navigate the roadway. More than 1,000 pedestrians and 2,500 bikers are expected to participate in the event.

Motorists are encouraged to avoid Route 114 leading in and out of Sag Harbor, if at all possible, between the hours of 11 a.m. and noon on Saturday to avoid traffic congestion.
