The Southampton Town Police have arrested a Flanders man for Driving While Intoxicated, a misdemeanor, as well as three other moving vehicle violations.
On July 4, at approximately 9:19 p.m. Jose E. Manchame Orellana, 26, was seen making a right turn without signaling. The police then pulled him over. Subsequently, he was found to be driving while drunk, making an improper turn, refusing a pre-screening device as well as unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Manchame Orellana was arrested and taken to the Southold Town Police headquarters where he was held for arraignment.
