PHOTO: Montauk Fire Chiefs Ready To Serve Again
Richard Schoen was sworn in again as chief for 2013.
The chiefs at the Montauk Fire Department were reinstated for another year on Tuesday. Chief Richard Schoen, who was re-elected in December, will continue to lead the department, along with John McDonald as the First Assistant Chief and Dutch Riege as his second in command.
