Jenny who? Do you know who was struck?
Amy O'Sullivan January 16, 2013 at 02:05 PM
Jenny, who works at the Sag Harbor 711. I spoke with her manager this morning who said the Drs are performing surgeries, etc. He asked, as I do, that we keep her in our thoughts and prayers. Delia....you are LIVING PROOF that people can beat these things! XOXO

Thanks, Amy. I've been trying to call over there, but the phone just keeps ringing. The police said her name was spelled, "Jhenny," do you think that is correct?

Prayers going out for Jenny and her family.

Jen get well. Can't believe it. Minute I walked in seven eleven I knew something was wrong. You bring so many smiles to so many customers.
Amy O'Sullivan January 16, 2013 at 06:04 PM
Taylor. It may very well be spelled Jhenny. She is an amazingly wonderful Latina woman. She works hard and smiles harder...brightening the days of many who go into 711 early in the morning!

She is always so kind and efficient. Please let us know how we could help. I noticed the other night that with the Getty Station closed, that intersection is way too dark. Let us get some lights up please. Under whose jurisdiction would those roads be?

Prayers for Jhenny..

Jenny is in my thoughts and prayers. She is a very hard working woman who was just walking from work. I see and talk to her every day and have given her rides before. I pray for a successful recovery for her and for her family that is here as well. Last night was dark and rainy and I agree with the fact that intersection is dark on a clear night much less last night.

Just wanted to let you all know that I just saw Jhenny. Though she is very tired and in a lot of pain, she is healing. She has had surgeries on her left leg and her boss believes her last surgery will be early next week. She is still smiling that beautiful smile! Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers. :-)

At the Seven Eleven there is a collection being taken up at the front desk - I would encourage everyone to give generously.
