New Police Wheels Hitting the Road

Town police have a new decal design, as well as some new vehicles.

Police officers are getting a new ride.

To replace some of its older squad cars in the fleet, the East Hampton Town Police Department purchased four new police car models of the Ford Taurus, as the typical Crown Victoria police car isn't being made anymore.

The cars have all arrived and are being outfitted. The first of the new cars will be on the road soon. The others will be put into service over the next few months.
