Morning Accident Ties Up Wainscott Traffic
Driver sent to the hospital after car hits truck on Montauk Highway.
Thursday morning rush-hour eastbound traffic in Wainscott was backlogged on Montauk Highway due to an accident that has now been cleared.
A Volvo reportedly hit a truck near Wainscott Stone Road at about 8:10 a.m. The driver of the Volvo was sent to Southampton Hospital for her injuries.
