East Hampton Man arrested for sale of cocaine

A 32-year-old resident of East Hampton faces two counts of third-degree criminal sale of a controlled substance according to articles in The East Hampton Star and The East Hampton Press.
Moshe A. Stephens, was arrested at his home at 166 Accabonac Rd., at 1:28 pm on Thursday, March 13, 2014, according to East Hampton Town. Police said he was arrested in connection with an ongoing investigation into Suffolk County cocaine distribution. Mr. Stephens arrest was made in conjunction with the Suffolk County district attorney's office East End Drug Task Force. The suspect was arraigned  in East Hampton Town Justice Court and held without bail.
