Grenci said it appears Barahona's 2003 Chevrolet Suburban tried to pass a 2000 Chevrolet Prizm as it was making a left onto Culloden Place. Ian Hesslop, who was driving the Prizm, was not hurt.

While police have not finished their accident reconstruction report, Grenci said they don't believe Conce was wearing a seatbelt.

Police have noted driver inexperience on the accident report, but speed has not yet determined to be a factor. "If he was going slower, in my opinion, he wouldn't have rolled over," Grenci said.

Conce, who received the worst of the injuries, was sitting behind the passenger seat. Two other passengers, Carlos Guazhambo, 22, and Jofre Rodes, 19, received cuts and scrapes, and were treated at the scene. They refused to be taken to the hospital, Grenci said.
