DA Investigating Landlord's Camera System

Renters file $4.6 million suit after they found cameras during their summer stay.

The Suffolk County District Attorney's office is investigating reports that an East Hampton landlord spied on his renters with a camera system, according to The New York Post.

Donald Torr, who lives in Celebration, FL, allegedly captured the family that rented his house on Winterberry Lane in Springs as they bathed, changed and lounged in a hot tub. They have filed a $4.6 million lawsuit against him.

Torr told The New York Post he set up the cameras to catch squaters in the home.
