The following information was supplied by the Sag Harbor Village Police Department. A criminal charge is only an accusation and does not indicate guilt.

released the following report on Tuesday:

• James G. Choco, 33, of Sag Harbor, was arrested on a driving while intoxicated charge on Sunday at about 4 a.m. Choco was operating a 1995 Honda Passport east on Jermain Avenue, when police said he was seen swerving. They said he appeared drunk upon being pulled over. A check with the Department of Motor Vehicles showed his license had been suspended for failure to answer summons in 2010.
