are looking for a suspect who reportedly tried taking a bag full of women's underwear in a burglary at a Stephen Hands Path residence on Friday.
According to a statement from police, the man was found in the basement of 203 Stephen Hands Path at about 10 a.m. He fled with a shopping bag containing women's undergarments when he was stopped by an acquaintance of the homeowner.
"After a brief struggle he continued on foot running southbound on Stephen Hands Path where he entered the tree line on the east side of the road," police said.
The suspect is an unknown Hispanic male, in his late teens or early 20s, said to be between 4'10" and 5'2" with a thin build. He has black straight hair, brown eyes, is clean-shaven, and was seen wearing a gray sweatshirt. He had also been wearing a light brown baseball hat.
Police were called soon after and the police had the road blocked as they investigated, according to reports.
