Animal Thoughts On End of Life

Did being ours matter? And, other questions answered about pets and death.

This is the subject that initially brought me into the field of animal communication, so I am  pleased to be able to share their perspective with you. Specifically I'm referring to readings I've done with horses, dogs, cats and a parrot about death and dying.

As a general rule, animals are not tied to their lives here with us in the same way we can be with them. From their perspective they come in to our lives for a purpose, generally to provide an unconditional experience of love and acceptance for us and remove energy from us that may be toxic to our overall health (mental, emotional and physical).

The length of time they spend with us is NOT a concern to them, just that they are able to do their job for us while they are with us. When they cannot do what THEY see as their job any longer, they don't mind the needle at all. It's a way to send them home so they can start again. No big ethical quandaries for animals, if it provides an easy death they are all for it.

Pain vs. Suffering

This IS a big subject with animals. Pain is not pleasant, but an accepted part of an incarnation. Where ever possible animals prefer homeopathic and natural remedies. Animals don't do well with nausea, which is often a side effect of non natural medicines. This is where 'Energy Healing' is really appreciated by animals.

If your unfamiliar with energy healing for pets, PLEASE do some research on the subject, sometimes it provides the difference between pain and suffering. Suffering is NOT an accepted state of being for animals and they would rather be put to sleep than suffer. What constitutes suffering? The inability to BE the animal they are, particularly if there is humiliation involved. Ex: Being a dog means being able to run, jump, chase, protect, play and pee and poop with control. Lack of bowel control and/or having to wear a diaper is a humiliation that equals suffering to an animal.

No pain but suffering and again they have zero interest in living a life that includes suffering. I should also point out that animals would rather "go on to the next life" where they can have strong workable bodies than merely exist in a life without said body just because their human can't let go of them. It's been my experience that animals do lose patience with humans when humans won't let go and the animal is clearly suffering or in constant pain. Guess what? Not all car vs animal accidents are accidents!! As I hear again and again from your pet...how much more do I have to do or be for you before I earn my rest...

Did being ours matter? Ready for this? The answer is YES: I love you, if I didn't I would have found a way to leave you. Short and simple. Then specific examples are generally given but the big YES, I love you or I would have left you always comes first....
