Which Business Offers the Best in Customer Service?

Last week, East Hampton Patch readers said customer service is alive and well.

Earlier this month, we asked East Hampton Patch readers if customer service is alive and well.

In East Hampton, it appears that it is.

MNassauer gave a shout out to several businesses: "Justin at Bridgehampton AutoSport (recently moved from EH), Dentist Beth Rosner, Alex/Julia/Maria at Wainscott Hess, Erika (Wainscott Pets that's now closed), the pharmacy crew (especially Dana) at White's Pharmacy, Han at Phoenix Restaurant, stand out the most in reassuring me that customer service is very much alive out here!"

Readers, tell us where they get the best customer service. Where is there a cashier, clerk, teller, business owner, receptionist, etc., who always has a smile and goes out of their way for you? We'd like to know who that person is and recognize what they contribute to making East Hampton a place you can still find great customer service. Leave a comment below.
