Soooo...what recourse does a person have, when they've confronted someone who has little to no regard for the poor pooch or pet, that they've locked up in an "oven" on wheels? Aside from physical violence or damage to the offender's vehicle...what do we do? Is it a ticketable offense? Will police respond? Being met today, with just such a case...I need to know. What can I do when someone doesn't comply with my request or...is nowhere to be found? I'm on a mission to find out, so I don't feel so helpless. I was told my dog below's owner in Mtk, that "I have a 1/2 hr" under law or something like that. When I snapped this photo, he came out yelling "You should mind your own business!!" Anyone?
