Eileen was a huge supporter of Project MOST and her love of her garden helped inspire the creation of the the Springs Seedlings - a beautiful greenhouse and outdoor garden at the Sorings School. Eileen was a loyal benefactor and was keenly interested in knowing all about what the children were learning about fresh food and our East Hampton heritage. On behalf of the children and all involved in the Springs Seedlings we are profoundly grateful to Eileen for all her help and enthusiasm for the the Springs Springs and the summer program called I-Grow.
