Eileen E. Prado, who lived in Montauk most of her life, died at home on Oct. 12. She was 89.
A service for Prado will be held at St. Therese of Lisieux in Montauk on Thursday at 11 a.m., followed by a burial at Most Holy Trinity Cemetery. Visitation was held on Wednesday.
Prado was born on May 19, 1924, in Cambridge, Mass., to Louis E. McDonald and the former Mary A. Smith. She was a graduate of East Hampton High School.
She was married to the late Marshall Prado Sr.
Her children are Marshall Prado Jr., Robert Prado, Carmen Little, and Edward Prado, all of Montauk. Also surviving are 7 grandchildren, and five great grandchildren.
Her family recommends memorial donations to the Montauk Fire Department, of which she was a member of the Ladies Auxilliary, or the East End Hospice.
