Navy Beach Celebrates the End of Summer With A Vintage Inspired Pop-Up On Labor Day Weekend

Montauk's Navy Beach celebrates the end of summer with a vintage inspired pop-up shop and live music over Labor Day weekend.

As the official Hamptons season comes to a close, Montauk’s favorite beachfront restaurant, Navy Beach, is celebrating the end of summer with a beach installation by Devorado Designer Vintage & Shandi Levy.  The innovative beach pop-up shop will feature designer vintage clothing and accessories and vintage inspired jewelry on Saturday September 1st and Sunday, September 2nd from 3 – 7 p.m. In addition, there will be live music as well as an appearance by special guest DJ Jason during the pop-up. Photographer Cara Bloch will be on hand shooting photos and video of the festivities. Navy Beach will offer their signature lunch and dinner menus featuring local and fresh casual coastal cuisine throughout the weekend.

About Photographer Cara Bloch

Tall as a Viking and with a sense of humor to match Chelsea Handler's, NYC photographer and International Center of Photography graduate Cara Bloch's images of rock stars have appeared in many of the most important music and culture magazines including NME, Spin, Rolling Stone, Vibe, Blender, The Fader, Adbusters, Q, and others. Navy Beach will be serving lunch & dinner throughout the holiday weekend, and reservations are recommended. The restaurant's Fall schedule kicks in in September and is as follows:

September 3-9: Dinner 7 Days & Weekend Lunch

September 10 - October 7: Dinner Thursday - Sunday & Weekend Lunch

As Navy Beach is a very popular rehersal dinner and wedding location, be sure to call ahead or check their online calendar to see when they are closed for private events in Septemer & October. The restaurant closes for the season after Sunday, October 7.
