Here at the Y we have members that we admire for their achievements. They may be a lifelong struggles with their weight who accomplishes health goal; the volunteer coach who commits his expertise and time for our team; an advocate for others who involves the Y in supporting community activities. They are your friends, family and neighbors who go unrecognized and yet accomplish great things. This year the YMCA Heroes recipients are: Tom Cohill, Doug Mercer, Rosie Orlando, Laura Sisco. Please come to the party and join us in celebrating them. Proceeds from this event will support our YMCA East Hampton RECenter youth programs: Y Hurricane Swim Team, East Hampton Schools' Learn to Swim Program, Boys & Girls High School Swim Teams, YMCA Glee Club, Musical Theater, School Back-Pack Program, Summer Camp Scholarships.
