Pushing out the winter blahs!!!

It's spring for sure. Things are blooming. And I'm sniffling. If you run or walk outside and find that allergies are hampering your success, do the outside workouts in the early am, or later in the pm. That's when the pollen counts, and other allergen are lowest. So, no excuses!!! Get outside and get the summer body ready.
