It's that time again. Time to make resolutions for a better, newer you. Will it be a diet, an exercise regime, or something completely different? Whatever your choice is, try doing it with a friend or a loved one. You'll have someone watching your back, and you will keep them on track too. It makes sense to include someone you'll have to check in with and help you keep that resolution. Most of my clients have told me that the new year is going to be the year they really buckle down and get serious. I'm always happy to hear them when they get excited about health and fitness. I'm ready to give them what they need to hit their goals.My goals? To make a difference in people's lives. That's what really makes me happy. That, and Mickey -- that's my dog.
