Nine dogs are safe and sound at the thanks to our Rescue Partner Patsy Topping and her work with the Walter M. Crowe Animal Shelter in South Carolina. These highly adoptable dogs were in danger of being euthanized. These dogs are currently in quarantine until they can be check by ARF Vet to be cleared for adoption.
