Tracy was recently rescued from a puppy mill. This sweet little dog, just 13 pounds, has spent her entire life in a cage used solely for breeding. She is slowly learning that people can be kind and loving. She gets along great with other dogs and is experiencing toys for the first time. With a bit of patience this sweet seven year old Bishon Frise will make an amazing companion. All ARF animals are spayed/neutered, microchipped, vet checked and up to date on vaccines.
