The Animal Rescue Fund of the Hamptons (ARF, www.arfhamptons.org)
announced the addition of AKC® Canine Good Citizen® (CGC) Prep Classes. The CGC Prep Class is designed to reward dogs who have good manners at home and in the community. The Canine Good Citizen Program is a two-part program that stresses responsible pet ownership for owners and basic good manners for dogs. All dogs who pass the 10-step CGC test receive a certificate from the American Kennel Club. Steps include: accepting a friendly stranger, reaction to distractions,
ARF congratulates the following dogs and their people for passing the AKC Canine
Good Citizen® Prep Class. These dogs are now certified as Canine Good Citizens.

ARF offers this six session prep class on Friday evenings at the ARF Adoption
Center, 90 Daniels Hole Road, Wainscott for $200 with instructor Matthew
