In celebration of LongHouse Reserve's 20th anniversary, "White Hot and Blue," a benefit party honoring Dale Chihuly and Barbara Slifka will be held at the reserve. The New York City Ballet principal dancers will give a performance. Dress in dazzling blues and hot whites.
The evening starts with drinks with Big Apple Circus performers in the gardens. The ballet performance is at 7:30 p.m., followed by a dinner at 8. James Carpenter will present an award to Chihuly and The Very Reverend James Parks Morton will present an award to Slifka. There will be a live and silent auction.
Tickets range from $600 for open seating to $24,000 for a "Blue Diamond Table" for premier seating for 10, program credit and one page in the evening's journal.
