The East Hampton Town Chiefs' Association will host a Sept. 11 Memorial Observance. East Hampton Village Mayor Paul F. Rickenbach Jr. and East Hampton Town Supervisor Bill Wilkinson have been invited to speak. The observance includes a wreath ceremony by area fire departments. The public is invited to attend.
