Marine Corps League Detachment of the South Fork Meeting
A Marine Corps League detachment is forming on the South Fork and there will be a meeting at the VFW. Requirements for memberships are honorable service in the Marine Corps or as a Navy Corpsman who served with the marines. The story of the marines on Gardiner's Island in July 1869 will be told.
