In honor of American Heart Month, the , South Fork Community Health Initiative and will sponsor a free community health fair in the school building behind . There will be information about heart disease prevention and free glucose, total cholesterol, and blood pressure screenings, and scheduling for free Pap and Mammography screenings.
There is also the opportunity to speak to sign up for food stamps and a home heating assistance program. Healthy refreshments will be served.
